Zach is incredible to work with. He is creative, laser-focused, goal-oriented and super organized, and is always willing to step up to support the team. One of his many strengths is the intentional way that he approaches every campaign or project. He hit the ground running by managing smaller scale projects on his own, and as he learned, the complexity and number of his projects grew. Zach picked up processes quickly, has thoughtful ideas on how to approach challenges differently, and keeps his composure in stressful situations. He is an effective communicator and works hard to find compromises that multiple parties can agree on. Last, but certainly not least, Zach has an amazing work ethic and takes his role in supporting the creative team and his business partners very seriously.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Zach through his involvement with the Detroit Housing Network at the Rocket Community Fund and CHN Housing Partners. Zach is an exceptional project manager—his meetings and communications are consistently clear, efficient, and engaging. Additionally, his creativity and talent are on display in everything he works on. He is the kind of professional you respect for his ability to drive projects forward while maintaining a collaborative, approachable demeanor - the results of which are always really impressive final products.
I was particularly impressed by Zach’s proactive attitude when faced with a knowledge gap - one example being how SMS systems worked within Salesforce. He took the initiative to dive in, learn everything he could, and fully master the topic to design more effective communications that would go through those channels.
